Website Technicians are Useless

I've been on the phone for almost two hours and I am no further than I was. 

Doing work, won't go into details, but I cannot view the next pages of a website, so the "technician" automatically thinks it's my internet. so he asked me to delete the Cache, turn off the Javascript and refresh history.

Then he asks me to try... internet explorer...... so unwillingly, I try it. first it says that explorer cannot connect to the internet when I try again it logs me out.. 

And this guy just kept repeating every single thing he said, as if it makes any progress the more he says it. 

Finally he says it's the chrome update. I tell him that I have had Version 25. for weeks now but he's like "no no, I just updated mine and I am getting the same thing, I can't view the next results."

Point is: never talk to website technicians. Talk technicians that actually understand everything and not just their own website, because it will end up with frustration and ranting..... like I am now.

oh he also suggested that I use Firefox. 

FAT. CHANCE. 

I'll find some other website that can actually work for once.

Ultimately Displeased is not enough.

Be sure to heed my word and send this around.

I can not express this enough, I bought a $50 bouquet for my mother.

Right next to it is an avocado to see how small, pathetic, and depressing this is. This is what they sent.

Every online flower shop is terrible, Proflowers sends the flowers in an enclosed box, like all the others. and they do not come cheap. they bill you on: 

the flowers, 

the vase, 

the charge, 

the service charge, 

the delivery charge 

AND 

a tax. 

Say you order $29 bouquet instead you will be paying almost $50+ for it

If you every want to get flowers. GO TO OR ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLORIST
