When Antagonists Annoy You.

So say someone or something makes you so mad and you just continue to stay that way.Or you just feel depressed or any other negative feeling.

Holding on to that negativity is not good. It is one of the worst things that can happen to you, it'll consume you until you are just a shell.

 So you vent.
To a parent, or if you don't want to tell anyone you:

1: Write all the negative feelings down on a sheet of paper, with your preferred color or overlapping other words, just get everything down then you take scissors and cut it up, if you are a pyro you can burn it in a fireplace or if you want to be the Hulk you can just rip it to shreds.

Then you will feel so much better, because you take all that negativity and transfer it to the page you write on and disperse it.

2: Meditate. Play a song that lifts your spirits and breathe deeply, let the song invade your negativity and defeat it.

3: Play sports. Running, tennis, baseball, any type of sport (preferably something that you can throw) yes you can wear your bad thought out by running but throwing something (not at someone but maybe a wall lol) really helps, and it's satisfying.

4:  Play fps or mmorpg games, maybe assassinate on the AC games (need I say more?)

Unless you want to actually kill some-

*slaps duct tape on Angel* No, shut up.

That is no way to dispel anger, it only makes you stoop to the antagonists level.
